QLD puts three wins on the board in Round 2

Queensland Fusion has kick-started their 2009 New Idea Australian Netball League (ANL) campaign with three wins in Round 2.

In front of home crowds Queensland disposed of Singapore, Tasmania and South Australia to cement second spot on the ladder.

The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) continued their winning ways with victories against Western Australia and Territory Storm.

After five games the AIS sit undefeated on top of the ladder.

Singapore was also in action this round making their ANL debut in Queensland.

Despite losing four games, Singapore will take a lot of positives from the experience and will come back stronger in Round 3.

Territory Storm, South Australia, Tasmania and NSW Netball Blues also got wins on the board this round.
